Alex started working with Hanovia in 2010 and was named Managing Director in 2022. He provides direction and control of the company’s operations and gives strategic guidance to the board to ensure that the company achieves its mission and objectives.

Americas Director

Ken Kershner

Ken has 20 years of experience in UV technology. He focuses on UV applications that are optimised for the municipal, industrial, and aquatic sectors. He takes part in a number of corporate committees, including the Advanced Water Treatment Disinfection Committee, the Manufacturer’s Council of the International Ultraviolet Association, and the Disinfection and Public Health Committee of the Water & Environment Federation.

Andy spent 10 years working as an engineer and now works as technical director with our group to hasten the production of fresh products for the market. He uses agile methodologies to expand the value of promoting a culture of continuous development. Before joining our team, he was the Engineering Manager in the IT industry.

He has 25 years of leadership and manufacturing expertise in aerospace industry, and he has developed a competent production, engineering, and logistics team by applying structure and procedure.

His journey began as a Regional Sales Manager for the Water segment, later advancing to Air & Surface Sales Manager, where he played a key role in expanding our market presence. Alexander joined the company in 2022 and his focus is the Air and Surface business devision. Before becoming part of the group, he held the position of various senior management positions and in the food and beverage business, logistic and distribution operations. He is a skilled leader and particularly adept at process optimization, continuous quality, and customer service.
